Shelley - Marco Realty

SHELLEY JOHNSON / LePage & Johnson Group | Co-Founder

Driven by her great passion to create an exceptional client experience, Shelley Johnson entered the world of real estate in 2004 while living in Maryland. In 2008, despite the economic challenges, she and her husband, Kevin Johnson, joined the Lake Norman community to fulfill their dream of lake living. She immediately began to build her real estate business during the toughest real estate market in recent history, in a market where she was unknown. Then, in 2012, Shelley and her business partner, Craig LePage, joined forces to create LePage Johnson Realty, one of the leading real estate firms in the Lake Norman/Charlotte region. They concluded 2017 selling $90 million in real estate, which is nothing more than a measurement of the number of families they have helped. The team prides themselves on exceptional marketing, a proven process to help clients net the most money, in the shortest time, with the least stress. This formula for success has been formed through years of experience and knowledge of the quickly and constantly changing real estate environment.

While Shelley Johnson is undoubtedly a gem to the real estate world, she is also irreplaceable to the Lake Norman community where she actively works to serve several organizations in the area. Her success professionally is a testament of her love to help those in need. She is Vice Chair for the Cause Committee and on the Board of Directors for the Lotta Foundation, an organization helping mostly children in need with the goal to always do “A Lotta Good.” The Lake Norman Humane Society is another organization that Shelley holds dear to her heart. Professionally she settles people into their dream homes and leisurely she delivers animals to their “furever” homes. She is also involved with LLS (Leukemia and Lymphoma Society), Charlotte Humane Society, Make-A-Wish and countless others. In general, if there is a need and Shelley knows about it, you will find her getting involved in any way she can.
